| Welcome to my online presence. |

It's called Process of Change, because that's how things look to me -- one continuous stream of change.
Marcel Proust:
"In theory one is aware that the earth revolves, but in practice one does not perceive it, the ground upon which one treads seems not to move, and one can live undisturbed. So it is with Time in one's life." |

| The ProcessOfChange, is in the process of change. HeadingUpstream.com is a much better bet.: |

| My blogs: |
|
- The Working Network: the name is taken from a site I built for work. For the longest time, it was a mirror of my Microsoft blog -- but I've left Microsoft, so it's likely to become a mirror of headingupstream.com. I won't be blogging much on things directly related to my job. In my new role, that makes less sense.
- Headingupstream.com: this is a new blog for me. It will likely become my primary personal publishing vehicle.
- Making Tracks: personal journal..
My Resume is presently out of date and therefore unavailable. Find me on Linkedin and ask for an update. I've left Microsoft and am now happily employed at Classmates.com. Life is good.

Why games? Online games today represent the state of the art in recognition and reward systems. The games have gotten repetitive and dull. However, I've been studying "Rules of Play" (Salen and Zimmerman) and it rocks.
